    When will I be receiving my autograph and/or inscription ticket(s)?
    ALL tickets will be held and available at the venue beginning at 11AM on September 28th..

    Do I have to bring my own items?
    NO, we will have a complete selection of unsigned photos and memorabilia available to purchase.

    Do I have to buy all my tickets in advance?
    NO, we will have autograph tickets available for purchase at the event.

    How many autographs can I get with each ticket?
    You are entitled to ONE autograph per autograph ticket - NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Can I take a picture with the Athlete when they autograph my item?
    ALL photo opportunities during the autograph sessions will be handled as a lean in, in front of the table, right after your item is signed. Our goal is to ensure everyone gets a chance to meet the athlete and get their item(s) signed. A perfect photo with the athlete CANNOT be guaranteed, as we will be moving the line through to ensure that everyone gets an autograph.

    How many people can be in the autograph line with the autograph ticket holder?
    We ask that no more than one (1) extra person is in line with an autograph ticket holder to help take a picture or handle their memorabilia item(s) We do not count children under 10 years old as extra.

  • Typically orders will ship within two to three business days of being received unless otherwise noted, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders ship via USPS First Class, Priority, or Parcel Post mail.  Please allow 5-7 business days during the busy times of year. 

    Please rest assured that we take each order very seriously and always do our best to get everything out in a timely manner.

    We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Total Sports Enterprises, LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

    For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in the order at the same time. Products that are purchased with Pre-sale items will be held until that Pre-sale item becomes available, if within a reasonable amount of time. If you would like your items shipped out before the Pre-sale product become available please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate your request. You will not be charged any additional fees if this is requested.

    Our Store automatically charges applicable sales tax and shipping costs for orders to be delivered to addresses within the US. For orders shipped to other countries, you are solely responsible for any additional taxes, customs fees  or any other applicable fees.

  • Easy Returns

    We will gladly accept the return of an item due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any shipping costs associated with returned items will be the responsibility of the customer.

    To initiate a return, please contact us. Be sure to include your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.

    Items NOT Eligible for return or exchange:

    • All custom orders, including custom framed photos and jerseys
    • Game Used and Game Issued Items
    • Vintage Items
    • Merchandise that has been received 30 days prior to return request

    Returning Damaged Items

    • Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of package if your merchandise has been damaged in transit of shipment or is defective.
    • Please include pictures of the damaged item and the shipping containers with your request (picture sizes are limited so please choose the smaller setting on your camera or phone when sending pictures)
    • For damaged items we will issue a return label, it is the customers responsibility to see that the package is available for pickup by carrier, or to drop off the package within 7 business days of receipt to be eligible for refund.
    • The customer must save all original packaging including packing materials to reseal the package for return.  Damage claims will not be processed if the item is not in its original packaging. 
    • If carrier determines the item was damaged during shipping we will issue a complete refund of the purchase price of the item and shipping charges back to the credit card used to make the purchase.  Damaged in transit returns will not be assessed any fees.
