Our Auction Fundraising Programs

Whether your event is hosting 50 people or 1,000, we have a variety of auction programs available for any type of corporation, organization or non-profit program.  We do not recycle the same items from event to event.  For each event we handpick items to ensure maximum bids and revenue earned.

Auction in a Box (Pittsburgh local)

Take matters into your own hands.  Taking into account demographics, event location and other dynamics we will help you choose the best items for your event.  We provide all necessary auction accessories like easels, jersey trees, bid sheets and more. 

Using our Auction in a Box service you will be responsible for picking up the chosen items, set up, bid processing, returning unbid upon items and payment to TSE.

We will assign a competitive price to each item with a suggested minimum bid.  Each minimum bid is higher than the TSE price meaning you make money on every item sold.  You will receive 100% of the bid amount less the TSE price. So regardless of how high the winning bid is your cost is fixed!

Simply return the unsold items and pay the TSE price for each item sold.  You keep the rest!

Auction in a Box (Outside the Pittsburgh area)

Take matters into your own hands.  Taking into account demographics, event location and other dynamics we will help you choose the best items for your event.  We provide all necessary auction accessories like easels, jersey trees, bid sheets and more. 

Using our Out of Market Auction in a Box service we will ship the auction items and accessories to you at no cost.  You will be responsible for set up, bid processing and shipping the unsold items back to us.

We will assign a competitive price to each item with a suggested minimum bid.  Each minimum bid is higher than the TSE price meaning you make money on every item sold.  You will receive 100% of the bid amount less the TSE price. So regardless of how high the winning bid is your cost is fixed!

After we have received the unsold items and auction accessories we will charge your pre-determined payment method for each item sold.  You keep the rest!

Does TSE donate items? 

While we would love to donate items to all worthy charities we simply cannot. We receive requests for donations no less than 3-4 times a week.
