Total Sports Enterprises, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. We also accept PayPal.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon placement of your order.
Typically orders will ship within two to three business days of being received unless otherwise noted, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders ship via USPS First Class, Priority, or Parcel Post mail. Please allow 5-7 business days during the busy times of year. Please rest assured that we take each order very seriously and always do our best to get everything out in a timely manner.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Total Sports Enterprises, LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within two business days of receiving the order. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in the order at the same time. Products that are purchased with Pre-sale items will be held until that Pre-sale item becomes available, if within a reasonable amount of time. If you would like your items shipped out before the Pre-sale product become available please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate your request. You will not be charged any additional fees if this is requested.
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Our Store automatically charges applicable sales tax and shipping costs for orders to be delivered to addresses within the US. For orders shipped to other countries, you are solely responsible for any additional taxes, customs fees or any other applicable fees.
We will gladly accept the return of an item due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any shipping costs associated with returned items will be the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.
Items NOT Eligible for return or exchange:
- All custom orders, including custom framed photos and jerseys
- Game Used and Game Issued Items
- Vintage Items
- Merchandise that has been received 30 days prior to return request
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Total Sports Enterprises, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Total Sports Enterprises, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Total Sports Enterprises, LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
We periodically run free shipping promotions. Unless otherwise specifically stated all free shipping is on standard shipping only. Regardless of actual shipping service selected any free shipping will be sent via standard shipping methods.

In one fashion or another, we run continual promotions. It may come that the amount you paid in the past is more than the current advertised sale. We are happy to provide you with the difference as long as your order was made within 14 days of the newly advertised price. Any orders ordered more than 14 days after new promotion are subject to review and are not automatically approved.
We do our best to properly display exactly what the product will look like but the sheer number of products, signings and different signing situation does not allow completely accurate representations 100% of the time. We do the best we can but signature positioning and even pen color may vary.
If you are ordering a pre-sale item or sending in and item to be signed please feel free to contact us with your desired autograph and pen color. We will always do our very best to get you the exact product you desire.
Custom Framing cannot be discounted with any promotion code unless specifically mentioned.
Ultimately what the athlete signs and what he adds to the signature (inscriptions) is 100% up to the athlete. However, any inscription that suggests an item is "game used" is restricted. Unless there is accepted 3rd party authentication any "game used" inscription is prohibited.
Unless otherwise marked, promotional codes and discount offers are not eligible on the following: Pre-sale Items (including autograph tickets, to be signed items and mail-ins), items already on sale, glass cases, drop shipped items and custom framing. This list does not necessarily include all types of items that may not be discounted.
Shipping Back Procedures
Will my item be sent back to me in the same box I used? Not necessarily. Unless you specifically ask we do not guarantee that your item will be sent back in the same box you used to send your item to us. There are a number of reasons for this including damage, incorrect box to use for that item, location of signing, etc. If you desire that exact box back please contact us prior to the signing so we can make arrangements.
Pen Colors for Pre-sale
We can not take special requests for pen color. If you must have a specific color or pen style we suggest doing a mail-in. With your mail-in package you can include the actual pen you want use.
